Confiserie des Arcades Bon De Réductions & Verified Offers for September 2026

yum but where's the international shipping?

hey everyone, has anyone tried getting stuff from Confiserie des Arcades shipped internationally? i was really curious about their tablettes de chocolat au lait and almost ordered a bunch. the quality sounds amazing, almost up there with Alain Ducasse, but i couldn't find a clear international shipping option which was a bummer. their website on shopify was easy to use for local stuff though, and signing up for the newsletter for a new customer discount seemed like a good deal. definitely recommend their local delivery, just wish they'd expand a bit more for us outside france!

Loved the marrons glacés!

Oh my goodness, I just received my order of marrons glacés and they are divine! Seriously, so unbelievably good. I couldn't believe how fresh and perfectly candied they were. I'm already planning my next order for some truffes au chocolat, and I've already told my sister she HAS to try these. Such a treat!

Solid choice for sweets

Got some 'tablettes de chocolat noir' and 'guimauves' from Confiserie des Arcades. They taste really good, especially the dark chocolate, it's not too bitter. Shipping was fine, came in a few days. The website was easy to use. No complaints, pretty happy with what I got.

Good quality, minor shipping delay

I ordered some dragées aux amandes for an event. The quality of the almonds and the coating was excellent, very fresh and not too sweet, which I appreciated. They were packed securely, so no breakage. However, the delivery took a day longer than the estimated window, which wasn't a huge deal for me, but something to note if you're on a tight schedule. Overall, the products are definitely worth it.

Consistently great experience

This is my third time ordering from Confiserie des Arcades. I usually get their tablettes de chocolat noir, and this time I added some calissons d'Aix. Every order has been consistent – good quality products and reliable shipping. They've never let me down, which is why I keep coming back instead of trying other places. The calissons were a nice addition to my usual order, very authentic.

Good chocolates, quick shipping

I ordered a coffret de chocolats for my mom's birthday. It arrived pretty fast, like two days earlier than the tracking said it would. The chocolates themselves were really good, she loved them. Definitely happy with the purchase.

So delicious

I bought some 'caramels au beurre salé' and they are absolutely incredible! They arrived quickly and were so fresh. I'm already planning my next order, probably some 'calissons d'Aix' next. You really should try them!

Good quality, delivery took a bit

I ordered a box of their 'coffrets de chocolats' and some 'pâtes de fruits' for a small gathering. The ordering process on their website was straightforward enough, no real hitches there. Delivery took about a week, which was a little longer than I hoped, but not terribly bad. Everything arrived very well packaged, nothing was melted or damaged. The chocolates were rich and the fruit jellies had a nice, natural flavor. I thought the 'pâtes de fruits' were a particular standout, very fresh tasting. Overall, the quality of the products is definitely there, and the packaging was robust. Just be aware of the delivery times if you need something quickly.

Quality sweets, well-packaged

I purchased an assortment of confiseries traditionnelles, including pâtes de fruits and caramels au beurre salé. The ordering process was straightforward on their website. Delivery took about five business days, and everything was very well-packaged, especially the pâtes de fruits, which can sometimes get squished. The quality of each item was excellent, exactly as I remember from visits to France. I didn't need customer support, but the overall experience was smooth and professional.
